1. Run Hilary
2. Browse to the handling.cfg file
3. Select a vehicle
4. Edit stuff
5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 
6. Click "Save all changes and exit" otherwise no changes will be saved - a backup is automatically created when you save just in case something gets hosed
