Due to licensing restrictions I can not distribute the file from this site. Do you really want to install a .dll from some total rando's personal site anyway?



Will the Japanese version of winnls.dll work on an English version of Windows?

I've tried it on a few different systems and never had a single problem.



I have the file, how do I install it?

Simply copy it into your windows\system32 folder (or winnt\system32). It is a non-self-registering .dll file so do not run regsvr32 on it.
