Toyo Ozaki, Phantasy Star III's character designer, posted a ton of artwork on Geocities and some other equivalent host back when that was the thing to do. Those pages are long gone but here's all the artwork from them. I made no attempt to sort these and even included things like background images that maybe weren't created by Toyo Ozaki. Whatever, who cares, enjoy.
